DESCRIPTION:

Following the successful completion of a tenant improvement on the 6th floor of Crabtree Terrace, JLL approached Eno Company with a plan to build out speculative offices for the remainder of the 6th floor of Crabtree Terrace. The project team provided preconstruction support by assembling multiple budget updates and value engineering throughout the design and development of the scope. This project included Falkbuilt demountable walls and glass storefronts, LED lighting, exposed ceilings, new break rooms & millwork, new mechanical systems, fire protection, and pickleball courts.
