DESCRIPTION: 

Prior to the client purchasing the building, Eno Company provided investigative services to capture a thorough and accurate record of the existing conditions. Eno Company also provided extensive procurement services for the new lab equipment and mechanical systems to mitigate any risk of delay on procurement. The scope of work includes interior demolition of existing finishes and MEPs, removal of elevated concrete slab for the atrium and monumental stair, all new MEP systems, high-end architectural finishes, infrastructure to support a full scale training lab, exterior metal panels, and a site amenity space. Level 1 will house an entertainment area with a bar, stage, golf simulator, and multipurpose room, as well as a training lab. Level 2 will house executive offices.
