9 Meters Biopharma Upfit

The 9 Meters Biopharma Tenant Improvement project involved a rapid build-out of a first-generation Class-A office space on the 6th floor of an occupied building in Raleigh, NC. Eno Company was chosen early in the project to offer insights on constructability, material availability, detailed estimates, and value engineering as the design progressed. The project schedule was accelerated thanks to Eno's understanding of current market conditions, relationships with local trade partners and suppliers, and a procurement strategy that allowed for purchasing to begin before the entire design was finalized. The project included high-end architectural finishes, new MEPF systems, exposed ceilings, and glass office fronts.
