Office Refresh

The Office Refresh project marks Eno's inaugural collaboration with a confidential client. This endeavor involved renovating 20,000 SF of Class-A space, featuring a comprehensive lighting upgrade, additional HVAC systems, new breakrooms and a coffee bar, along with a full overhaul of the existing restrooms. Architectural finishes included new carpeting, LVT, ceramic tile flooring, acoustical ceilings, glass office fronts, casework with solid surface countertops, a reception desk, and wall coverings. The project was executed in two phases within an occupied pharmaceutical manufacturing facility to accommodate the business' operations.
