SMB Life Science Tenant Upfit

The SBM Life Science project involved a rapid interior fit-up within an occupied building. Our project team implemented additional strategies to minimize disturbances to neighboring tenants by scheduling disruptive work during off-hours. The project scope encompassed new architectural finishes, an operable partition, millwork feature walls, LED lighting, all-glass storefront entrances throughout, underground electrical and plumbing systems, and extensive AV systems. Collaborating closely with the end users, we ensured suitable infrastructure and spacing for owner-supplied equipment, enabled the early turnover of an MDF and IDF room, and coordinated the integration of owner-provided furniture systems.
