Truebridge Capital Upfit

A 30,000 square foot office renovation included high-end architectural finishes, monumental stair systems with custom millwork and glass handrails, structural changes, specialty glass wall systems, a custom water vapor fireplace, tongue and groove millwork cladding, specialty acoustical ceiling systems, new LED lighting, and HVAC updates. The existing monumental stair system on the 3rd floor was removed and filled in, with structural modifications made to support a new monumental stair system from the 3rd to the 4th floor. Eno Company collaborated closely with the tenant to carry out the work while minimizing disruptions to building occupants. The project was completed on time and under budget, with savings returned to the owner.
