SpringWorks Office Expansion

5,000 square feet of first-generation shell space were upgraded for the expansion of SpringWorks Therapeutics' office area. The project encompassed underground MEP rough-ins, new slab-on-grade construction, MEP systems installation, RACO frames, specialty acoustic panels, and customized finishing touches to meet the project specifications. It included a new meeting room with an operable partition, offices, a break room, a reception area, an electrical room, an IT room, and huddle spaces. The project was completed on time and within budget in an occupied facility. Close coordination was necessary to extend existing building utilities from the adjacent tenant space into the new office.
